Buy comments vs. stay ethical

I would be so tempted..if I could only think it's fair:) Buying comments on-line seems to be quite easy...I don't really think is very ethical. The amount of visitors to my - quite fresh site - was lower yesterday, which spoiled my cool Google Analytics graph. Oh, well! It's not what the whole blogging is about, is it? I hardly have any comments here and still know that my friends and colleagues read it time to time.
I do not think I would like to pay anyone for 'upgrade' of my page rank, not even when they admit to be cheeky:Interesting to see how people perceived it last year. I wonder if the awareness of web ethics changes since last year summer. I suppose it increased...

Not really an option in my opinion. The only reason i want people to comment my articles would be to engage in a conversation with them, gain feedback, and find out what they like and dislike about my article/general writing. Its similar i guess to paying for views, i'd rather have 100 views where people actual read the article, than 1000 clicks where nobody gives a stuff.

Keep ethical woman!

Yes, I was quite cynical with that post. Can you really imagine ANYONE buying their comments? Any blogger should know that's not the point. I just cannot believe someone can make money of it...imagine you meet someone in a pub and ask: Colin:what is your job? SomeONE: Oh, I am a freelancer.. Colin: Really, cool, what do you do? SomeONE: I write comments on peoples' blogs...
How damn creative:P
